I contacted this place because of all the great reviews… But they must be fake because it’s been the absolute WORSE experience. I called to see if they could be my new accountant, this lady asked me to send her my previous year filings so she could get familiar with my business. She said she’d call me the next day. I sent her everything via email and called to confirm they received it. 3 days later they still had not called or responded to my emails. I called again, in de middle of the work day, nobody answers and their answering machine is full. Called again and again and again until someone did answer telling me they would call me back that same day. Again, nothing. I expressed it was important we started the process soon as the IRS filing extension due date is approaching very soon. They never called back, it’s been another week, I’ve sent 8 emails asking for a response. NOTHING. It’s very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Now we are even closer to the due date and I still have to find someone. I’m pretty upset.
