My overall experience has been good with them but they will tell you your monthly TOTAL is one thing then you'll be charged something different. If you give me a total price, I expect everything to be in that quote. This happened twice to me.

Great prices for liability. Full price is more than double the liability. Friendly service. The problem comes in when you need to make a claim. That's out of the branches control.

Very rude( manager Justice) was no help at all, I had a problem with my policy their, instead of her trying to help me she was trying to argue with me about an error that they so happen to made. I THINK SHE'S KIND OF SPECIAL
ALSO BECAUSE SHE ASK ME A ?'S AND WHEN I GO TO EXPLAIN SHE TELLS ME IM TALKING OVER HER. SHE MAKES THIS COMPANY LOOK S VERY BAD !
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION FOR INSURANCE AT ALL !
