I google searched the nearest tax office to me... and low & behold I met Edwin. And thank goodness I did!
I had already started working on my taxes with Turbo Tax but because of my refund being soo low- Turbo Tax said they weren't going to give me the option of paying the Tax Filing Fee with my refund.
