Marcos and his associates at the Brokers Real Estate Services went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what a 'normal' real estate broker would do to help me with the probate sale of two homes.

Both homes needed significant repairs due to age and damage from repeated break-ins while we were in limbo with the probate court due to COVID.

We had numerous offers from investors to sell 'as-is' but for rediculously low 'cash' prices. Once we decided to repair the homes ourselves, Marcos helped to identify the needed repairs to get us the top market value, he sourced bids and materials, managed the repair process and coordinated paying the contractors - services that would have either required me to be on-site (I live in another state) or hire a construction supervisor.

This is not what you normally would expect from your broker, but I knew when I met Marcos that he didn't see his role as just a 'broker', he saw his role as a 'helper and facilitator', and he would do what it took to get the house(s) sold for the best price for his client.

He was patient, timely, dependable and calm during the repair/sales process, and when we received (multiple) offers he organized them in a clear consise way and helped to analyze the pro's and con's of each offer so that I was able to maximize the profit on the homes and minimize the risk/time in escrow.
