MICHAELE is a wonderful agent. She has helped me along with my family as far as what was best for our businesses and our personal insurance needs. She doesn’t stop until she find’s exactly what is in our best interests. If she isn’t available the moment you call to speak with her, she will return your call promptly. Michelle, it is NOT ok to go back and forth with a customer because you're tired of explaining something (THATS YOUR JOB). Constantly insulting someone and adding "ma'am!" at the end doesn't take away from the fact you're being belligerent! Rolling your neck and trying to get the last word in definitely shows your lack of professionalism.

I gave TWO stars only because the woman who sits to the far left is always polite and has no problem doing her job correctly and efficiently.
