My experience with All-State Insuranc is awesome. Mr. Pugh sat down with me and took the time to gave me the best deal I could afforded. So unprofessional the ladies that he have working for Ben Pugh Agency are lazy they do not call back or give you the correct Information. THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY DON't like their jobs. No Help!!! When Tonya was there she was great...

I have been with this company for 8 years and no complaints with the business side but customer service needs more training. I would have rated them 5 stars otherwise. Please learn how to talk to your customers, I wanted to hang up the phone or asked to speak with someone else.
