Camilo Valentin and his partner, Erika Rodriguez, listed and sold our City Terrace home during the middle of the pandemic. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about the process of selling and buying a home, as well as followed proper COVID safety guidelines.

In order to sell our house at a higher price, they guided us through valuable upgrades to both the exterior and interior of our home. They also did an amazing job staging our home with tasteful furniture to appeal to house hunters in an up-and-coming East LA neighborhood. They also produced a beautiful video to help market the house. All of this added maximum value to the sale.

Camilo and Erika also represented us in buying our new home in Long Beach. Camilo showed us a number of homes and is well informed about the Long Beach area. For one particular home, Camilo laid out flight patterns above the home, which factored in on our decision.

Camilo is also a top-notch negotiator and got us a great price on our home. He even found us a contractor to fix up our home after the sale. Erika was patient and responsive in helping us through the contract signing process on both sales.
