Honestly, is so sad to give a bad review to this branch, bc the personnel provides a really good customer service, they are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. However, this location is so bad that I would not recommend anyone to visit it. There's no parking, the ATM's feels very unsecure to be used and the traffic is crazily busy all the time. Sorry guys, you're doing an amazing job, but OCCU should care more about their customers and get a better location ASAP.

The move sucks, like the parking sucks. And the traffic sucks. Also the atm! Awful! Like it's just out in the open in a busy street. Easy easy to get snatched. I liked the old one where you needed a card to get in the room for the atm. It made me feel safe

It appears that the placement of the new branch was not well thought out. The location is inconvenient for the majority of customers, and the placement of the teller machine in the middle of Downtown DTSA is particularly problematic.

Additionally, the fact that parking is now required to visit the location is a further inconvenience. It is disappointing that this location was chosen, as it seems to have been done without considering the needs of customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I liked the old location on Ross St wayyy better, you had to use your card to go into the room with atms this one feels even more unsafe and there’s no parking !!

Whoever had the idea to put it there was a bad idea , first they wanna put the atm on a busy street were so many cars go by fast we’re anyone can get robbed , then there is no parking and then to top it off they have no restroom . People wait in the banks for a while there gonna need to use the restroom , and then they wanna say there is a market place down the street with restrooms why should anyone have to walk more far . I don’t know of any bank that doesn’t have a restroom . I live so close to the one and now I have to end up having to drive to the one more far on St. Andrew because I don’t wanna deal with the hassle .

Disappointed!!!!!!! Who ever decided to close the Ross branch and replace it it with this 4th st. branch clearly didn't THINK of the working class. Some us are on the go and dont have time to look for parking, also I didn't see accessibility for people with disabilities, ATMs don't feel safe as they are outdoors, and there are no restrooms for your clients. Who ever thought moving the bank to a place that is so transited had the wrong idea!!!!!!!

Very disappointed of this location no parking. Very busy corner. Place is not inviting the Ross location was much better than this 😞. Now I have to decide either to drive more or close my account
