Originally starting with AM Federal Credit Union, which was acquired by SkyOne in 2013, I have watched the institution grow into something truly exceptional. Since the acquisition, every aspect of their service has been elevated. The staff is consistently responsive, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist. Their product offerings are unmatched, with the best savings and loan rates I have found anywhere, along with a wide range of options to meet every financial need. I opened a checking and savings account in 2023. The process was easy and intuitive. The user interface for SkyOne is excellent and probably better than most other similar organizations. There are many different services that SkyOne offers to the benefit of the customer. I did have a couple of issues that needed customer support and this is where SkyOne really shined. Brittany was fantastic and resolved my issues professionally and quickly. I can definitely recommend SkyOne.
