Don’t bother with this office. I tried to make an appointment on 2 occasions with a rep. It was my first time ready to purchase a home and I was very excited to speak to someone. However I called on a Saturday and the office assistant mentioned there is only one rep in the office and it is difficult over the weekends. I told her I understood and mentioned let’s make an appointment on Monday. Come Monday and I call back to find out no one is available to help me and no one ever bothered to call me to notify me. Very unprofessional and it proved to me that I will not be treated as a valued client to them, rather only a number. I took my business somewhere else instead where I felt valued. You’re a for profit business compensating your agents through commission and there was no urgency to contact me? Highly unacceptable in terms of customer service.
