This review is for the grouchy old man from Calabrese Realty who blocked me from parking in one of the spots. He came at me with such hostility yelling and pointing "Bank? Bank? Bank? If you're going to the bank, park over there". And he continued to block me until I moved. There is no sign that says you can only park in that spot unless you're going into the realty office. In fact, the lot has a sign that states the lot is for patrons only. Thanks for pissing me off enough to express my discontentment with you. I actually considered using your services in the past in my previous trips to the bank, but I certainly never will now since clearly only the small minded work there!

Ryan D'Errico, he is the best realtor ever!! I will definitely give him 5 stars, he rented the apartment for me, very responsible. He found me the best offer and strive for the best terms for me. He also helped me to check and fix the apartment issues since I was not in the local. I am super effort-less and this is my best renting experience ever. Thank you, Ryan!

This review is only for the services of Terry Julien. I saw an apartment that I liked and Terry happened to be the agent. He started off professionally, but as my apartment search continued things went downhill. The first apartment I saw with him ended up being rented to someone else. Fine, no problem, we keep looking. He then shows me an apartment nearby that seemed fine at first, but on move in day I found out that the apartment had a severe roach infestation. Terry and the landlord of the apartment both agreed to let me out of the lease and return my money without any issues. After that fiasco though, Terry showed me several other apartments and took my applications for them and then I never heard from him again. His clients don't seem to be his top priority- stay away.

He was a guide and a partner throughout the daunting and often frustrating process of finding the right house that I felt comfortable making my home. My wife, our newborn child and our two large dogs were in desperate need to find a good size home in the right neighborhood. Calabrese Realty, Ryan D'Errico in particular, couldn't have been more of a help. His knowledge, courtesy and patience was extremely advantageous to first time house buyers like us. I highly recommend Ryan, and Calabrese realty, to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Meet with Renato and saw some apts and we settled for 825 palisades ave fort Lee nj. Renato showed us the place 3x and only at night. We he gave us the lease and keys he didn’t even do the final walk through and quickly walked out. I started immediately preparing to move and little did I know the apt was a dump. It was never painted only primed soon I noticed little things and decided to come back in the morning and really check it out in the daylight since only some rooms had light fixtures. The next day I had no time to waste we were going to move in a day. We found out there was a huge leak from the kitchen downstairs through a light fixture into the bedroom. It was pouring in the apt to the point we thought it was raining outside. None of the outlets worked, none of the heating units worked, the counters in the kitchen were 2 inches from the wall, the glass closet doors were completely shattered, the staircase a few of them we lose to the point I almost fell. I immediately called Renato and he immediately started to defend him. There was a bunch of back and forth and Renato never stood up for us to try and fix the situation instead he kept trying to convince us to stay and work with the slumlord because he was a nice guy. (A nice guys who actually had people following us and taking pictures of our car to try and intimidate us) Then Renato also got upset and started ignoring us because we got a lawyer to get out money back. It took about a month and half but thankfully we were able to get out of it. Renato does not work for your best interest he works for the interest of stealing people’s money. He should not have a license to practice. He didn’t even care if we were left in the street do to all this shady business that was done.

Worst real estate agency. They don't due their due diligence resulting in criminals as your renters. A background check was requested for a possible renter, as a result the renter failed to pay rent for more than 3 months. When owner conducted their own search they discovered the renter had a criminal record and was a sex offender. Now pursuing charges against real estate and shady owner who is apparently connected to the mob as well. Surprise surprise.
