I can’t recommend Roberto highly enough. I am a busy professional and live over an hour away from Paterson, where both of my investment houses were located, when I decided to sell them I called Roberto and most recently I was looking to sell the 2nd one as quickly as possible at a fair price so I contacted Roberto and he got to work right away, his honest and truthful advice was very well appreciated, I listened to him and listed the property for sale within a few days we had to my surprise many competitive offers and now his advice came through, I sold for over $100,000 of what I originally wanted.
