I’m usually not the type to write a review, however the unprofessionalism of Chloe Cortes was one of a kind. Not only was she late to our scheduled viewing, she also scheduled someone else to view the same unit 15 minutes after our scheduled session. With that said, I was waiting outside with the other scheduled viewer and we both remarked how abnormal and unusual this was. This was the first time I ever experienced a rushed appointment. In addition to this experience, she sent me a pre-filled PDF application with her personal information via text message and no way to edit it. When I informed her of this, she texted back saying to “download the document and edit it that way.” I had to find a way to convert the whole document in order to email it to her with my information. She was also extremely dismissive with her text messages and email. She never replied back after sending me the application. Her lack of communication and response was exceedingly unprofessional.
