I’ve lived here 2 years and it was a nightmare. Firstly, winters are the worst, my apartment did not have any heating at all! I regularly had to wear a jacket inside of my apartment. During the night we had to put a space heater just to keep it comfortable. We have a newborn and it was a nightmare. As soon as our lease ended we left! They don’t have any exterminators that visit regularly. We also had a leak on our ceiling from the upstairs neighbors it took months for them to fix it! Which even caused the celling to have mold spots! The hallways aren’t always clean. The management is a nightmare. They are super rude and ghetto. If you want to move here consider buying cans of roach spray and a big thick jacket because they’ll be your best friends.

I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration at cosmopolitan.It is mid-winter, and despite numerous complaints and requests, the company has failed to provide adequate heating in our apartment. The temperature inside is intolerably cold, making it not only uncomfortable but also a health hazard, especially considering the freezing outdoor temperatures.
Repeated pleas for assistance have been met with apathy and excuses, showing a clear lack of concern for tenant welfare. It's appalling how a basic necessity like heating is being neglected, making our living situation unbearable. This isn't just a matter of discomfort; it's about the basic human right to a safe and habitable living environment.
I urge potential renters to reconsider their options before choosing cosmopolitan associates. The lack of heat in the midst of a harsh winter is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its tenants. It's a situation no one should have to endure.

Loved living here for 2 years. Such a responsive and helpful mgmt company (shocking I know). And I can't rave about the the maintenance guys enough. Everything well kept.

The apts are a little old so don't expect high rise modern buildings but great value. Highly recommend!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HAUNTED HOUSES. Everything is messed up from the apartments, workers, management, garbage bins etc. They don’t clean the floor in the buildings at all. Garbages are all over the place. They don’t renovate anything unless someone is moving in. Their wall and paint are all falling off. Drug dealers everywhere. The workers are very very rude as well but seems to be super nice to the drug dealers (maybe scared). I would highly recommend renting some where else than this garbage place. Also if you move here your roommates (roaches and bedbugs) are waiting to welcome you.

We have been living in one of their apartment at the Woodside location for almost 8 years plus. Its been couple years now our ceiling started to drip water that was collected on the roof from the rainfall (we live on the fifth floor). Though we requested the management multiple times to fix it since the dripping started to get out of control. Even though their maintenance staff came over many times, the issue hasn’t resolved at all. There are now even more water leaking spots. Even after the supervisor of the building changed there hasn’t been no action at our issue.

Last time they checked on us was couple months ago (end of May of 2021) when they told us they will have to recolor the ceiling but that didn’t even happen till now. The situation got worse when we woke up this morning (last night hurricane water) with dripping from other new spots of ceiling especially on the top of the stove. This is ridiculous!!!!

Constantly cleaning after those water drips and anxious about water might drip from other spots at night. This is not the best surrounding one might want to live while paying for the rent. One of the prime reason we didn’t renew our lease this time.

If you are the person to like having NO HEAT during the winter time this is the perfect place for you .... I’ve been living in this apartment for 8 years now and the heat issue was just unbearable this winter .. 10,15,20 degrees outside and they will start the boiler ( which is controlled by them throughout an wireless system ) one hour in the morning and one hour in the night .. another issue my apartment has is that are no heat radiators ( only pipes), except one in the living room , so you can imagine how frozen my rooms and the rest of the house is ... also , don’t bother calling the office , they will always say everything is perfect according to their “ data”!! I’m so happy I will be out of here soon .. the worse experience I ever had in an rental !!!!

I currently live in a unit and le me tell you I regret renting here. They do not give any heat at all especially with the weather declining. Even when the weather was in the teens they didn’t not give any heat. This is barbaric and inhumane. It does not matter if you call the office of these apartments. They do not do anything in the matter. I advise you to look elsewhere instead of paying high cost rent for apartments with absolutely no heat!!!!!!!!!!

l have been renting from this management for about 2 years, and l am really happy with their services. The new management team is trying to update the buildings and the apartments. l like the new changes they are doing with the backyards and the entrances. l understand these are old buildings but they are trying their best. The staff is efficient and try to address the problems fast. Overall, l like staying here. Its close to the city, price wise its a lot affordable than its rivals.
