Was lucky to grab my amazing 3 bed 2 bath Just 1 day after it was listed. Got approved for it , i would say 2 days later. Very straightforward and amazing service !!

They are good sellers, the attentive responsive and polite to get your apartment. But after your lease expires, they won't give you any money back. They charged me a complete month of rent, which I was told is not refundable that's good. But also an additional 600.00$, which they promised to refund at the end of the contract. When the contract expired and I asked for my deposit, they said i only paid a one month deposit, and it is not refundable. Then I took a picture of the additional 600.00$ I've paid and now they answer change, now they keeping the money for cleaning (apartment was clean already and they sent a photo of a bar of soap saying that costs 300$) and a damage to a window which wasn't there when I left the apartment. So, basically, be prepared for being stolen for any deposit you pay. The more annoying part is they took 24 days to confirm they've stolen my money.

What a BAD experience with these people, they are NOT professionals, they only want to push to get deposits and sign lease immediately, even if the apartment or house they are renting has a lot of things to be fixed, they want to rent premises “as is”, unsafe, dirty, with cockroaches, damages….

They waste other people’s time, if you make an appointment with an agent, the agent send her husband to show the property, they answer the phone with a “what’s up”, Jacob the “manager” very casual talking to a prospective tenant, Hermann, the owner of one place; doesn’t have manners or respect, very RUDE guy, be careful if you are thinking rent a place with these guys. Read everything very well, and don’t sign immediately any document without be sure about everything.

My suggestion is: Don’t make business with this company, and if anyone is thinking about any business with them, BE CAREFUL!

Had a good experience with the company and with the apartment that is going to be rented. The whole process was quick but with a lot of integrity and professionalism, a lot of dedication can be seen in the way the whole team in the company works together and for our benefit. Juan Ortiz was personally the person in the team that guided us throughout this entire process, as first time renters it was nerve racking to start the process specially with a lot of the scams that are out there, but Ortiz was sincere and quick when answering our inquiries and helped us cease our worries. It was a pleasure working with them.
