He was always available to review homes quickly with us and got reports to us fast so we could be competitive in the home buying process. He was highly responsive to texts, calls and emails. His expertise in understanding property valuations and his guidance in preparing offers and amended offers in the highly competitive Central CA Coast market were the reason we were successful in finally buying the home we wanted, in the location we loved. We met Braidy in person only once, when he showed us the house and we then flew back to the East Coast. He listened closely to our needs and showed us spaces that were wonderful and then, of course, the one that made our hearts sing. Given the distance from Boston, Braidy handled the entire buying process for us. In addition to doing all the things a realtor does, he did all the things a prospective buyer would do. He arranged the inspection and dealt with the HOA and other issues that came up during the process; he called a furnace service company for us, connected us with a handy man to do small projects before we arrived, took measurements of spaces for us. Due to the three-hour time difference, Braidy was called upon on many occasions outside of normal business hours. He was there for us whenever we needed him. He was great at keeping us abreast of the process and helping us with each stage of the purchase. We’ve owned the house since June but just moved in. Even with the process officially complete, Braidy continues to help us with finding quality workers to update our retirement dream house. We’d recommend him to any of our friends!
