These are the absolute worst apartments that I have ever lived in. Treetop apartments on Howard street are disgusting. Michael Howard does nothing. He only collects rent. There is no rental or anything. I'm glad that I was able to move last year. I have an infant and it is not safe around there. It is pitch black at night.

Michael Howard is a slum lord. He is manager of treetop apartments and they are disgusting. The trash is overflowing and stinks. He is horrible needs to be exposed.
