I am a housing developer, and Kris did an amazing job finding buyers for my housing developments. He filtered through client lists to make sure highly likely buyers were shown the house. He truly knows the target market. He also went out of his way to curve fit my marketing strategy for the target market and made sure the proper photographers, stagers, and copywriters were highlighting the best aspects of the home.
