Worst customer service I have ever had by a credit union! I will stick to schools first never has any of there reps been rude or completely dismissive of my issue at hand. As soon as I got on the phone with rep Alice she was aggressive and had a horrible attitude. I don’t trust having my info with them and will be closing my account.

LBS Financial is the best institute I’ve ever banked with. I love the online banking as well. It’s easy to navigate through and it’s quick to accomplish any of my banking needs. I never have to go in the bank unless I need a Notary. I’ve banked with them over 20 years and the services only get easier and better with time!

I have been a member of the credit union since I was a teenager. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience with my calls. I also enjoy going inside and chatting with several of the employees who have helped me out over the years with car loans and basic financial assistance.

I've been a member of the LBSFCU for almost 42 years! The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and able to answer all of my questions. I trust them so much more than banks, and their return rates are higher!

I wish I can give them negative stars. I recently had my car stolen and I called LBS financial and asked if they could put a hold on my loan until my car insurance and gap could pay off my car. LBS Financial said NO we don’t do that you still have to pay for a car YOU no longer have, so they still charged me every month for a car I did not have even after they got their money from My insurance. I tried to work with them to make smaller payments on the two months I didn’t pay, (I wasn’t able to pay because of a financially emergency I was in at the moment) so because I cannot afford to pay one lump sum they refused to work with me and take smaller payments saying that they can’t do that. They were extremely unhelpful and stressed me out more than I already am. Nobody should be banking with LBS financial. I’m Going to tell everyone that I know not to use them. They are absolutely horrible.
