My parents have been banking here for years and have always been very happy with the service. Over this past year I've had the pleasure of gong in with them a few times and even a couple times on my own and I am amazed how everyone knows them and now they know me by association. I didn't think businesses still existed that people cared enough to get to know customers by name or atleast their face but Union Yes Federal Credit Union Seems to be one of them. Special thanks to Christine for always going the extra mile for my folks and Meleny who does a great job balancing friendliness and professionalism, but truthfully everyone who has assisted us always provides service with a smile.

Honestly bless your soul if you bank here. Customer service sucks and no one seems to have any communication between employees or “notes” as they put it. Constantly getting the run around for the most basic requests never seem to have accountability. Best advice I’d have to give you is search for another bank where people actually treat you with some respect. I’m a very well informed and organized person. I can’t believe people actually trust them with their hard earned money. Thank god I won’t be coming back.

After peeking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the FIRST to have experienced poor customer service and this coming from Karina. After applying for an auto loan, having excellent credit & without a membership, I never received an email but a vague voice message to call them back. Upon calling them, the line was totally quiet with me asking "hello" multiple times until about 15 seconds in when KARINA answered, not identifying herself and after giving my name, asked for my social over the phone. I was not comfortable doing so and asked if she could locate my application via phone number & she said 'no' & suggested I get the name of the person who called me and call them back. So I did, It was HERRR!!! Called them back & instead of her asking if I would like to be a member or pitching me to sign up she told me to have a nice day and hung up. Welp, I'm certainly not missing out on anything good. DEUCES!! ✌️

I have bank there over 30 years and never had a problem. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes. No matter which teller I get, they all have gave me excellent and fast service. I cant think of and Bank or CU that compare with there excellent service. Everyone is polite and greet you when you walk in. I would recommend this CU to anyone.

Horrible. Worst financial institution i have ever been with. Constantly withholding my funds. No after hours service!!! They currently have blocked my account from use at ALL ATM machines and my check deposited yesterday. Have no gas to get to work and am unable to buy food for my wife and 3 children because my card wont work anywhere not even to check my balance. Due to it being after hours there is no one to speak to so i can resolve this and they dont open till 9:30 but i have to be at work by 5. Hope i dont lose my job over not being able to get to work because i cant buy gas. If you come across an incident that causes you to overdraft your account they block your funds to show 0.00 dollars the next week then conveniently 2 days later you have all your money available again, this has happened several times weather or not i have overdrafted my account it consistently happens over the weekend then monday morning when they open your account balance shows hundreds. As for customer service, also horrible unless speaking to a manager. They have hung up on me more times than i can count and have rude attitude. They charge 3 dollors on top of what what ever you have been charged an an atm that is not theirs, and they only have 2 that i have found. 1 in L.A. and the other at 582 union hall

Apparently my vacation pay was lost in the mail. I have friends at work that this has happened to also. I don't know why my union has started doing business with this bank . I had to drive all the way to Orange to get my money. They made me sit and wait for the managers approval for about a half hour before I got my money. They act like they're doing me a favor for giving it to me. I'd give them less then one star if I could.

Legitimately curious if the women answering the phones and working at the front are trained to be as rude and condescending as possible or if it’s a natural trait they’ve all been born with… dread having to call or go into this location to access MY OWN money. Awful and unnecessary poor customer service.
