I have a property that has been managed by David for over a year now. When we were looking for a property manager to manage our property, we interviewed several of them. Most of them were very slow to respond to our inquiries. But David is totally different. He is so polite, professional, capable and very responsive. Turns out we made the right decision choosing David. It has been a great experience working with David. He rented out our property within 7 days on the market. He takes good care of the owner as well as the tenants. Whenever there is any issue, he acts on it promptly and makes sure fixes are done as quickly as possible. He takes care of everything and makes having a rental property remotely such a smooth experience for us. I can't recommend him enough as your property manager.

If you're thinking about listing with Fabi and Synoptic, I want assure you that you are doing yourself a favor! As others have mentioned here it's probably the most comfortable real estate experience you can have.

But I want to emphasize how effective the Synoptic team is. Our property had severe interior damage from renters and other factors. They had it looking like new in one week. I have never seen contractors working that well and that fast.
