My mom had to move to assisted living so my brother and I enlisted Owen Salkin to sell her beautiful home. Owen handled the transaction professionally from start to finish. Every request we made was fulfilled in a timely manner. The advice he gave me and my brother was spot-on every time. The buyer was quite difficult to deal with and Owen handled everything with grace while at the same time advocating for us and always making sure that our needs were met. Owen is an excellent negotiator. If I ever sell my house, I will be hiring Owen as my real estate agent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Los Angeles area wanting experienced, professional, top-notch representation.

Owen Salkin. What can I say but he is the best! I have known Owen for a good many years and he has been nothing but professional, kind, trustworthy and loving. He helped me with properties in Trousdale Estates and on Doheny Drive. He literally will go out of his way to hold your hand through difficult times and guide you through the processes. I would only use Owen for any real estate needs. He really is a gem among gems. Not only was I lucky to have him as my agent, but I am currently lucky to have him as my friend! I've worked with Owen Salkin and his team since 2008. He's been my only realtor ever, as a matter of fact. He found my first condo in Sherman Oaks at the time (which I loved!), and 11 years later assisted in both selling that condo and simultaneously buying my current house in Encino (which i love!).
