As a new investor, I barely knew what I was doing. If it wasn't for the 24-hour friendly availability of Rich and Adam who went above and beyond helping me in my very first home purchase, I'm not sure it would have happened at all. In fact, I know it wouldn't have! Rich found me the home and guided me all the way through the purchase, and Adam has been there ALL the way through the back end. He still calls me, checking in, just to make sure I continue to be on target with my plans in renovating, renting, and refinancing the property. I have learned so much from these two wonderful young gentlemen. It breaks my heart to hear Rich is no longer with New Western. I don't think they realize what a great resource they lost losing him... But at least 1/2 of that incredible duo is still there. Genuine care, patient, and very able to explain the process in terms a newb like me could understand. ~ Derek

I have completed 2 deals with Evette Watkins through New Western. Oh My Gosh! I couldn't close the deals without her. She was on top of everything, and I mean everything! She answered ALL our questions. She was with us from the start to the end, day and night from texting, calling and/or emailing. Any questions about the properties and/or paperwork with escrow, she always made herself available to assist. I had trouble dealing with a lender and escrow from my other investment property, and Evette was there to handle the situations. She took our frustration, stress, and anxiety away just like that!! What an amazing agent to work with. She's an exceptional Disposition Agent! Very professional and very effective! Very knowledgeable and responsive! I’ve been with new western for almost 20 years now. They are absolutely the best at finding properties for your portfolio. They work with you, and fully go through the process of purchasing their properties. I recently closed on a transaction with new western, and as usual it was a very easy transaction. Evette Watkins was very patient with me. I could call her anytime day or night and she would pick up. She would always give me updates on the transaction. She really made this transaction stress free.
