These people can't find my taxes. I haven't heard from the IRS concerning them. This is last year's taxes. Don't use these people. They blame the people that were working for them. They have sent us on a wild chase and the worst part IRS knows nothing about my taxes. My fault for using them just warning others. Don't do it.

Worse experience ever applied for loan didn't get approved that was ok but TO file my taxes and i didn't give them permission, didn't use my W2s use a stub from 12/6 plus i had other income and dependants and my check was 100 short FROM some fee i have no idea about... When i asked why she felt the need to file without my permission she said she didn't have paper to waste... Took 2 trips to pick up my check told her both days I'd be there at 4 1st day didn't show at all 2nd day had left to go to GA I wasn't even notified my check was in the office just had to keep checking WHERE'S MY REFUND.... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL?
