This company owns ECS Tuning. Since I cannot give that specific company 1 star on Google, I will go ahead and pass it on to the owners of the establishment that wronged me.

I was LIED TO by this company. I ordered spark plugs. They called and said the ones I ordered were out of stock, but they have another kind that will fit my car. I trusted their word on this.

1 month later my car is misfiring and I come to find out they sent the complete wrong part. Now instead of owning up to their mistake they are refusing a refund and turning away a LONG TIME CUSTOMER who has been loyal.

Bertram Capital do something about the thieves that work at the company you own.
