iNRI has enabled me, an OCI card holder, to participate in the Indian MF marketplace, with a platform and service levels that have been more than a delight.

The platform itself is very easy to use, from sign up, documentation, KYC, etc. to everyday transactions and reporting for tax purposes.

From a Service point of view, iNRI has always gone that extra mile to resolve issues quickly, thanks to personal attention from their CEO (who is extremely accessible, BTW). They also seem to act on feedback very quickly, including for platform enhancement / new functionality requests.

I haven't yet used their new tax services, but can see that they are surely but steadily building all the blocks needed to make partaking in wealth creation via India's mutual funds one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences.
