This is the fourth time I have used Diversified Capital Funding, when purchasing a home. The team is AMAZING, and treat you as if you are part of a family. Buying a home is beyond stressful, but they bring ease to it. I am confident that I will be taken care of and will have all the information I need to make decisions. There is no one else I would use or trust. Also quick note, Brian answers the phone/texts even on vacation!! They make it clear they will always be there, whatever your needs (or in my case, whenever I have a panic moment).

Nancy Simon is first class!! She helped us with our first home purchase a few years back and was very professional guiding us through the intrusion paper work process and she kept me from me from losing it more then once. Then about a month ago went interest rates took a dip she called us and informed me that it was a good time refi and reduce our interest rate. The process could not have gone smoother, she took 3/4% off our rate, got rid of our PMI and helped lower our monthly mortgage payment. 5 stars for Nancy, I highly suggest working with her on your next home buy or refi.

Really bad experience with Natalie & Mayra, we lost money and time, as they don’t even investigate about the property we were going to purchase.
The worst part was that they were trying to charge us the lender fee without authorization.

I will recommend not just go with the best lender rate and instead look for the best service.
