Cassandra is fantastic. Without a doubt the best book keeper in the Central Coast. She helped us switch from Quickbooks desktop to QB Online. She was able to correctly organize all out accounts for QB and was able to help us deal with the IRS. As a business owner I highly recommend her to make sure all your books are done correctly. I was with CLA Business Solutions from December 2022-January 2024, and the best part of the services I received was from account manager Alicia. Alicia was knowledgable, friendly, and transparent when it came down to my books and I loved working with her.

At the end of January 2024, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I paid for January services in full but realized the services were not completed. I have reached out to the owner via email to have the services completed or a refund and I was told I had to PAY AGAIN on top of what I already paid to have the month of January completed, which was absurd. I was frustrated to hear that even though we are no longer working together, there was no making it right, no conflict resolution. The only way for me to receive a completed monthly report was to pay again for what I already paid for and that is not okay. I don't think that is good business and although there are amazing employees here, I would not recommend this place to others.

Anyone paying for services should receive the work completed and not try to double charged the client for a mistake made by the company.

I had the opportunity to work with C.L.A. Business Solutions for the last couple of years. Casandra and her team are very timely and professional. The work they performed was reliable and accurate. As small business owner they took over the accounting tasks of running a business that I didn't have time to complete. Cassandra always took the time to answer any complex accounting questions.

Cassandra (owner) did out taxes for several years before we moved. We highly recommend CLA. She was there to answer any questions we had and worked with us to make sure we didn't under pay or over pay. She helped our kids as they entered the work force as well. If we ever move back we will definitley go with her again.

If she needs anything you get a call and offers to pick it up if it can’t be electronically sent. She got my Quick Books linked to my bank accounts and streamlined my records for taxes etc. to my accountant. I can keep my schedules to what I do best running my company. P.S.
