I have called over five times and emailed three times regarding my home insurance. I want to bundle my new car with my current home insurance and Priscilla never answers her phone. She responded one of my emails a week later and although I stated what I needed help with (I even attached the needed documents) she replied asking me what she could help me with....did you even read my email that you replied to?

Super frustrating. I have called a new agent and have asked to please remove Priscilla as my broker. She has been unreliable.
