The lady at the front desk has a wonderful customer service. Throughout all my experience of dealing with these insurance companies, I’ve never had anybody from these insurance companies breakdown everything to me the way she did and was honest about it as well. Just wanted to add another 5 star note in praise of your representative Jack Kosick.
He worked extra hard on my behalf and kept me posted all along the way. All of the help I received did not produce one dime for your company and I was still handled as if I were a top paying customer. Think about it, If Jack and the whole State Farm office treat you so well without being paid, just think how paying customers are and will be treated. If you are in the market for an insurance company that respects and helps each and every customer as if you are their only customer, you really need to go to Robert Casares State Farm, Long Beach.
