I wanted to begin by saying how AWESOME Banker Yara is. First and foremost she demonstrated complete Professionalism at it's highest level. I walked into the branch Friday August 12th, with an issue from a financial Company that needed to be addressed. I honestly thought I was hopeless in acquiring what I needed. But, then came along Yara. She was able to assist me in every which way possible! She took her time and assisted me with my needs. She was very polite, kind, and kept a beautiful smile the entire time. She was AWESOME!! I commend her for everything she did for me. People like Yara are reasons why I bank at City National! Kudos to her!!! Nothing but Greatness from Yara!!

This is a Commercial Bank, not a retail bank. If you own a business, this bank offers excellent service. Even if you actually visit the bank infrequently, the personell get to know you quickly, allowing you to do almost anything by phone. Their security is excellent, catching phone - cloners on their first attempt.

I went there to cash a check drawn on this bank. They cashed it with no problems, (after verification and proper ID), and charged no fees for doing so!!! If I had money, this is the bank I would use.
