NSF and "courtesy" fees can be removed at the discretion of the supervisor in charge as informed by a phone representative, so it's up to Juan to decide whether a member's fees are waived or not. This bigot is condescending and prejudice against me for some odd reason, which is probably why he recalled our brief interaction via phonecall months earlier. The fees are absurdly excessive (e.g., multiple same-day NSF charges on checkings in spite of available funds in savings) and predatory (e.g., charging struggling members for their existing circumstances of insufficient funds) to the members its intended to serve. In other words, the institution is padding and packing fees, and is really sticking it on particular members.

3/19/2024 = 5 Star = We already got the check today and handed it to the Car Dealer , NO Hustle and Good costumer service skill. i do highly recommend this bank to my family and friends .
