I view Jeremy as a kind of miracle worker, closing an escrow in under a month! He was hosting the very first open house I visited. It felt completely right. However, I needed a home within a month and it would be two weeks before the inheritance money would be available. When it was released, Jeremy swiftly took me through the application process in one evening, complete with special letter to the seller. Three days later, she said yes! Jeremy was amazingly supportive throughout the entire process. He finally helped me wrap my brain around being a home owner, as he handed me the keys. "What are you?" I am a homer owner". Say it again. "I am a home owner." Jeremy is knowledgable, local and caring. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The last year and half has been a bit challenging for our family and Jeremy was a huge part of us getting through it. We met Jeremy at an open house early in our search to find a new home after 17 years in our old one. From that point on he was incredibly helpful, answering any questions we had and helping us understand the legal changes in the real estate market. He did this even when it was of no direct benefit to him, other than offering us excellent customer service! After a year of many ups and downs we were finally able to sell our old home (working with a realtor we contracted with before meeting Jeremy), and Jeremy was able to find and negotiate the purchase of our new home.
