Yvette was so helpful in finding us a rental unit when we were moving from out-of-state and transitioning from military to civilian life. I listed my home with the Hitchens Team just from seeing their signs in my neighborhood. Yvette filled out the required forms. Then she stated she would not show my home until I completed some work. Well, that was different. However, when I completed the work Yvette began to show my property to prospective buyers. Weekly I received a summary of showings and interest of the buyers.

Within a few months Yvette presented a contract on my home. Throughout the entire negotiation phase Yvette explained my options and listened to my input. It was a professional and pleasant experience.

Suhail handled Yvette’s computer correspondence. Papers fly as contracts are amended. Suhail kept me on track with them all.
