Jake understood the assignment! We’d been house hunting for a month and were having a terrible experience. I put out a desperate post looking for a realtor to show us houses that day, on a Saturday. Jake showed us houses for 7 hours that afternoon/ evening and had an offer submitted before we went to bed. He made the process a lot less stressful for us and we closed less than 30 days later.

We drove long distance to Decatur and only had two days to spend finding our house. Jake took us to 10 viewings in one evening all across the area..and we found the one we wanted that night. The rest of the experience was long distance via online /texting. It was the smoothest effort we ever had. (4TH time we have purchased) But despite the distance Jake was very attentive and handled all my requests quickly and efficiently. Great experience.
