A neighbor highly recommended Jack Klemm and gave me a copy of his monthly community newsletter. Throughout the process, Jack himself handled everything. I found Jack Klemm online after conducting a search for reputable realtors in Tracy, CA. He was a complete stranger to me.
I could not have been more pleased with the way Jack handled my entire process. He kept me informed on every step of the way. The speed, efficiency and quality with which he orchestrated all of the changes and repairs was truly impressive. He covered all of the costs of the repairs and improvements and then took the total out of the closing costs. I had no out of pocket expenses. He advised me perfectly on which repairs needed to be done as well as those that didn't need to be completed. Once the property was ready to be shown, he completely furnished the house to improve the look (a process called staging) at his own expense. He was wise in choosing to list it close to what he thought it would appraise for knowing that any prospective buyer would have to qualify with a lender that wouldn't lend more than the appraised value. We quickly received 4 offers and Jack pointed out the strength and weaknesses of each offer. He helped me decide which one to accept. All 4 offers were a little above the listing price. The house closed quickly and I received my proceeds roughly 9 weeks from the day I first met Jack! I wasn't in a hurry but he was just so efficient and on top of things. There aren't enough good words to say about Jack Klemm and his service to me selling my house in Tracy. He gave me pointers on what things I should do, what things I didn't have to do, did all the legwork and coordinated any/all repairs that needed to be done to my house before it went up on the market. The result was 6 good offers 3 days after the listing. I could not believe how easy and fast the sale went through. Jack did an outstanding job and I would recommend Klemm Real Estate to anyone in or around the Tracy area looking for help buying or selling a house.
