If I could describe LuAnn and the overall experience of working with her, it would be professional, great communicator, understanding, empathetic, honest with managing expectations, trustworthy, realistic, a fighter, has integrity, passionate about her profession, and someone who genuinely cares about her clients.

I first discovered LuAnn through a Google search in the Sacramento Area.  What immediately made her stand out from the competition was her high volume of perfect 5 star Google reviews, and with having so many 5 star reviews, this made me curious to know how this was even possible, and I felt compelled to give her a call.

When looking for a Real Estate Agent, I knew I was looking for someone that was the right “fit” in terms of personality, professionalism, and the way they carry themselves.  For me, the real estate agent would not only represent me, but be an extension of me personally.  I knew after our first conversation over the phone, I had found the right person that I didn’t need to look any further.  If you search for her social media presence, and her youtube channel, you will see her wonderful personality shine through and have a feel for who she really is.

I was fortunate to have LuAnn sell my investment property, a duplex.

The advantage of working with LuAnn is her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, best practices, and available resources that she has on hand.

She has an incredibly professional team that works around her that can do renovations on your property and are willing to work with your budget.  Unfortunately in my case, I had an eviction with one of my tenants and lost 5 months of rent, and didn’t have as much disposable funds to put into renovations, yet LuAnn understood my situation and was still willing to work with my budget.  Her team was able to deliver a light-weight, yet high quality renovation at a cost-effective, reasonable price.

This was extremely beneficial and incredibly stress relieving because I did not have to spend hours upon hours googling and finding the right people to do my renovations and research whether or not they were reliable and trustworthy.  I can’t tell you how much time it saved me and how much stress it removed off my shoulders in being able to trust LuAnn and let her team take the lead.

Once the ball started rolling, she and her team worked incredibly fast.  They were able to complete renovations within 2 weeks, and have the property listed on MLS across all major real estate websites (ie:  Zillow, Redfin, realtor.com) the following week after. In that I got over the asking price, and got multiple offers, and that we listed and closed in 5 weeks, start to finish.

One thing I wanted to point out with LuAnn is being able to trust her.  She will make suggestions on getting certain things on your property fixed, with the purpose of benefitting you as you try to sell your property.  She really wants you to get the most out of your property.

She also demonstrated great instinct and patience.  She and her team took the time to properly market my property and hold open houses, as well as took the time to find the right buyer.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with anyone where I felt they truly and genuinely fought so hard to represent and work for me.  It really felt like I was given the “white-glove treatment” where I was kept informed through every step of the selling process.

LuAnn is truly a rare-breed and is literally full package, which is incredibly hard to find these days.  You are literally able to “hand over the keys” and let her team go to work.

I cannot thank her enough and will forever be grateful for her guidance, services, and what she was able to pull off, and I could not recommend her enough.

Extremely smooth home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, Luann was incredibly helpful and made my first home buying experience stress free. She was very responsive whenever I texted/called and even sat down with me and provided a detailed rundown of everything I needed to know as a first time buyer when I first started looking. When putting an offer on the house I'd eventually buy, Luann provided updates to me and did everything she could to make sure my offer was competitive.
