Called the main branch and set up auto-pay for my credit card. Well they lied about setting it up and have been charging me late fees. Don't waste your time with credit here. Their online system doesn't update CC payments in real time, so it's impossible to tell if your card is paid off unless you check several times a day

There’s not enough accommodation for disabled. Hard to get front doors open. No special line. Handicapped have to wait in long lines which in most cases they can’t stand that length of time.

Staff is always great but there is always a line but it goes fast at times. Can't complain it's close to home and have lots of fast food around here as well.

Breann works at Golden one on Douglas blvd in Roseville. My wife and I went in to open a checking account. Breann was extremely rude and would not give us the time of day. Breann said she was very busy and would probably not be able to help us. She did say she would be going to lunch soon, it was1:45 p.m. . She also said we should have made an appointment. We said ok thank you and have a good day, without saying another word she turned and walked away. Breann must be overwhelmed.
We noticed that there was 3 customers in the bank at this time of day.
We will take our money to another bank that will hopefully want our business. Breann was just very unprofessional and rude. Outside the golden one credit union were less than desirable people for a banking facility. A security guard was standing at the door when you enter. Bad horrible experience, we do not recommend this credit union. 👎

I'm only 15 days late and they reported a late payment to credit reports. No creditors report unless you are 30 days late. They blocked me from making an online payment again I'm only 15 days late. Ruined my credit over 15 days. Google it. Not 1 creditor reports less than 30 days late. GUESS THATS WHY THEY'RE THE GOLDEN 1.

Super upset, waited in line first thing in the morning to deposit my check. Was told I could not withdraw my rent due to a balance withdrawal limit? I have been doing this for the entirety of my renting history, and had proof in my statements... Asked for a manager who could not be bothered to see me in person and was told "no" again, "should try the other Golden 1 off Greenback" as my "home bank who knows me". Upset after waisting my time and gas went back to the greenback location and was helped with NO issues. This is my rent and over a 100$ difference is no reason to mess with someone who has been banking and completing the same process for YEARS.

Wow! I was reading all the reviews about this location and it’s not very good. I was going to open a new account with this location, but change my mind. I did remember way back when I did tried To open an account with them and it was taken a long time so I left. No one said hello.🤷🏻‍♀️
