My Dodge charger was repoed and brought there. The ladies that were answering the phone we're very helpful and sweet. They were even calling my car company asking them multiple times to hurry up and send the release LOL. And then when I got my car back all my belongings that were in the car were all boxed up and backed up very nicely

It was simple and very professional. I think repos are never fun but I was able to get a car out and they made it simple and had clear directions. Did note that they require signature of damage to the car before you can see it. So, you really have no choice but to accept the condition and sign agreeing to it before you actually see it.

Called to retrieve car was told only need ID and police report which I have in hand. Literally should take 60 seconds to get my car but need an appointment which of course convenient none available today. So now I miss work again because these so called professionals can legally be thieves!

These guys were nothing but professional and accommodating to retrieve our Chevy truck that a low life, less of a man would not return to our business after he was relieved of his duties at our shop. These professionals had our truck in their yard within an hour from when I first stepped in their office. I can't say enough good about the office staff or the repo staff. If you want a great recovery team that has reasonable pricing you'll want these guys. Thank you to everybody at Accurate Adjustments for getting our truck back.

So my car was taken to this place Monday morning we got back Wednesday afternoon and I. Those 2 and a half days they totally cleaned out my car threw all my personal belongings in a plastic bag and stole 20$ left in my console... My bank told me I had 10 to 15 days so why did they have to clean my stuff out without even knowing if we coming to retrieve it. This place sucks and the lady at the front counter was so bland and was not pleasant at all.. I feel they should have at least waited a week before cleaning stuff out or find out for sure if people are coming back to get their vehicle...lesson learned pay stuff on time so you dont have to go through this..
