She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard , her delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.
