As first time home buyers & in today’s market, we were feeling extremely overwhelmed & honestly pretty defeated! My fiance & I were in a unique situation & extra funds were very limited! It was either find a home or go back into another EXPENSIVE restricted rental!
Phil really went out of his way to get us the best deal & his phone calls felt like we were talking to a good friend! There were a lot of times me in particular, as an overthinker that I felt down & anxious…. he always went out of his way to chat to me & explain everything… no question is a dumb question! He even understood our family situation (not much/if any support from them).
If you are looking to get the best deal in this overpriced market or are nervous first time buyers, Phil is your guy 100%! He is hardworking, honest & treats you like family. Highly recommend!

I want to start off by saying I'm not one to just take a person's word or advice. I like to educate myself and be do my own homework as well. I asked my realtor to give me FOUR loan agents she dealt with personally that she felt gave her clients a great experience . I also did my own searching through my own bank , personal loan officers to compare . I even met up with a realtor and loan officer , husband and wife team. The husband (loan officer) offered his services "free" . Those lies unraveled rather quickly. When I spoke to Phil I advised him of my absolutely whacky work schedule and asked if he was willing to meet me in the evening. Phil did not hesitate to make himself available and answered my million questions lol. He also explained things when asked in detail, honestly, and didn't make me feel rushed. Although I don't recommend you bother Phil as much as I did, just know he will be there for you the whole way. People underestimate the power of reassurance and being sensitive to the process of buying a home. It was not an easy, being my first time buying . It came with a lot of stress and anxiety. Having someone like Phil on my side was truly a blessing . Thank you Phil and his team for being great at your profession and just good people!

My wife and I recently consulted with Phil Quisin regarding a home equity loan so we could eliminate high interest debt. He explained the options which were available to us so we decided to proceed. Phil did an outstanding job of coordinating everything. From the underwriters, to the banks, title company, etc. he kept things moving forward and kept us informed.
