You come across a person like Chris Humphries very rarely these days. I was trying to assist someone with their insurance. We were having the hardest time getting results. We called the insurance company twice trying to get them to understand what had happened and the reason why the insurance had lapsed just a few days. Chris came in to the picture when I happen to call an 800 number I found on Google. He jumped in with both feet and began to help us. Chris got us on our way, and did it wanting nothing in return.
