Real Estate Broker, Joanne Mendoza, provided excellent service as she guided us through the selling of our house. Joanne was there to answer our many questions of the sales process, guided us through filling out documents, and provided quality referrals for work needed to be done to maximize the value of our house. Though the timing of our sale was not ideal (implementation of the new commission law, right before the interest rate drop), Joanne was there to answer our questions about market conditions and we were still able to sell our house above our original asking price. We will definitely refer to friends and family.
