Nicole is a clear communicator, tough negotiator, and overall wonderful person! Buying our first home felt like an overwhelming challenge when we started looking, but we were lucky to connect with Nicole through relatives who offered glowing recommendations. In the initial stages of our search, she arranged and accompanied us on numerous house tours. Once we found a house we were interested in, Nicole calmly handled all interactions with a chaotic seller’s agent and patiently held our hand through a labyrinth of paperwork. Nicole was always careful to present options during negotiations but never pressured us towards any specific solution. In the end, I am happy to report we were able to close on a wonderful house for a reasonable price! We used Nicole to buy our first home and what a good decision it turned out to be. She is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. She was no pressure, her only goal was to get us into the house we wanted. She was ALWAYS available and extremely quick to respond with detailed answers and an action plan. We had a small issue with the seller regarding negotiations and Nicole kept her cool, came up with a plan of action, executed the plan and got us what we wanted. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I cannot give enough accolades for everything Nicole has done for us with the sale of our home and then me when it came time to purchase when circumstances brought more change.
It started with her warm and friendly persona and conversations in front of our home. When it came time to sell she was extremely professional, dedicated, listened to us, was patient helping us navigate difficult situations, provided sound advice and guidance. We had a quick turnaround to get the house ready for showing and she was right there with me moving furniture, trash, staging things, dealing with inspections. The sale was a smashing success, well over asking, and I do not think we could have accomplished this with anyone else but Nicole representing us.
Now as a widow Nicole continues to be an important part of our village and when it came time to buy Nicole was quickly there for us. In the highly competitive, frustrating Bay Area real estate market, my husband and I went through many start/stop house-hunting cycles - and real estate agents - over the years. Two years ago, we casually popped into an open house where we met the friendly and authentic selling agent, Nicole Sweeney.
