I contacted Jake to set up a meeting to ask questions but not ready to sell my home. I have known Jake for several years before he became a realtor. I've personally seen the way he interacts with people. He has a cool, calm trusting demeaner and always speaks with knowledge and kindness. He immediately sensed my stress level trying to stay on the timeline, so to ease my stress Jake said we would just bump the painter back a week. Whew that helped a lot!

Another thing that blew me away and was so very much appreciated...Jake and his team of muscle came to my home to move all the heavy furniture I didn't want to take to TN down stairs and into the garage.

If you’re reading this and researching the best real estate agent, well stop now and lock in Jake! We spent several months “interviewing” potential agents because we were purchasing our first home and wanted someone with our best interest in mind in addition to the knowledge, skillset, and energy to make it happen. Jake has multigenerational/irreplaceable knowledge of the Tri-Valley. He is professional and will quickly become someone in your corner. He answered all our (rather excessive) questions whenever we needed him, was great/VERY fast at communication throughout the entirety of the process. We actually reached out to him with a 12 month timeline in mind since we had no idea where to begin, but as he guided us/when we were comfortable/ready, we were able to purchase a home beyond our expectations a few months early.
