Absolutely horrible customer service! I am due a refund for cancellation of a policy. I have been trying to get the refund for months. Corporate tells me it’s an agent issue. I went to the agent office today and calmly asked for my refund to be processed. The office manager, Austin, threatened to have me trespassed. How am I supposed to get help if the local office won’t help and corporate says go to the local office?

I asked for a quote on the total monthly price of car insurance for my two new vehicles. Austin told me $250, then I received a bill for $514. Austin says it was a miscommunication, but I clearly asked for my “total monthly payment for both cars”.

Austin also allowed someone to make unauthorized changes to my account. Whenever an issue arises, he just denies that it happened. He has lied repeatedly. Austin is rude and attempts to degrade and speak to me as if I am stupid. He should not be allowed to work with the public. If you want good customer service, take your business elsewhere!!
