My AGT. Amanda B. is amazing at her job! All state overall has been so amazing so far especially the app. So easy to use!! We switched from Esurance to All state combined our homeowners with auto and Wendy’s office got us every single discount we qualified for. They answer every time I call and the receptionist lady is always so nice. They were even able to help me out with ensuring my truck is covered for business use on the policy!!

Well we had used Allstate in the past for at least 25 years. They were not concerned with working with us when year after year our insurance went up. We decided to go with another company and they said good luck. We came back this time simply because they called & offered a lower payment. So far it hasn't went up.

After many years of using this agent I can't do it anymore. Once they were hateful to me after my sis had just died I made my mind up to get a new agent!!! Yes I like allstate but not Wendy Halls office. People have emergencies and family trauma that happens....as a supervisor myself I would never be so inconsiderate. And my payment wasnt due 3 more days before the day I was called and they were so hateful.....
