Didn’t make appointment as earlier was 1000 and I start work at 1030. Came here before work to get my DMV tags. Easy and friendly check in. Waited 15 minutes and the lady who took care of me was friendly and quick. No more going to DMV for me. Would definitely recommend if you are AAA member. So glad I switched to AAA so many perks. I love it

The DMV service alone is worth the membership fee that will also rescue you if you spend enough for the membership it will tow you about 250 mi That's the max membership I recommend it. I visited this store a couple of times to get my DMV issues in order I was helped by Michael and two young ladies answered the door as receptionist or however you want to be termed these days. Michael was exceptional he remembered me each time treated me with respect and dignity got the job done told me what I needed to do where to do it and how to get it done for the best value I renewed my membership on this visit and will continue to do so and I'm very pleased with the service that I am receiving from AAA. It doesn't get smoother than this and the hassle of standing in line at DMV was non-existent especially if you make an appointment which I did not. And I don't know that you can for DMV issues before the things you can but you might be able to so you might want to check while I was there the three or four different times the most people in the office were five The wait was under 10 minutes each time and they had adequate people there to do the tasks. Each time I went Michael happened to be the one that I got to talk to and after the third visit I asked for him by name because he already knew my situation and it made my visit quick brief and professional I appreciate the exceptional service maybe he should get a raise he does his job exactly as it should be!

Walked in and immediately met with a representative to get a copy of my motorcycle registration. Very pleasant and straightforward experience. Highly recommend this location because they are open on Saturdays and get DMV stuff done without the wait times!

I have a wonderful travel agent named Lori totally calm efficient and acted like it was her dollars being spent. For over an hour she delligently connected the dots I trust her completely. WOW, what an excellent experience and group of employees that work at the AAA branch in Clovis. My family of 4 came into the branch to transfer 2 cars around between us while using the DMV services, renew AAA membership and change auto insurance policies. Every single employee that assisted us was friendly, professional and assisted us with a quick turnaround time. Easy to park, clean office, everything was just amazing. No wait time! This is the place to go for help with insurance, DMV, travel and I learned that they now have home security.
