Her previous experience in property management, sales and staging makes her an awesome realtor. She also has the connections and marketing skills to make sure your home looks good and is seen by other agents and potential buyers. Ernie Ochoa was a great person to work with during our home buying process. He was very quick and responsive when ever we had questions or were interested in seeing a home. We found a house we fell in love with while he was away for a prescheduled trip out of state and were worried that the house would slip away. Even though he was out of state, he quickly made arrangements for another agent to show us the house. We knew right away that this was the house we wanted to call our home. We moved into that house less than 30 days from the day that we saw it for the first time. Ernie was extremely kind, patient and courteous through out our process and highly recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing home.
