I first went to this agency over 20 years ago. At that time, the grandfather, his son, and his grandson ran the place. I was impressed at how kind, couteous, and professional they all were. I happened to stop in their office recently in need of an auto quote, and learned sadly the grandfather had since passed. However, now the grandsons daughter has joined the family business and they continue to provide superior service. Just, good, decent people.

This place is the worse to get someone to answer the phone. If you have a question NO need to call because they don't answer, so either make a trip or call the company, and thats if they won't refer you back to MIMS. No customer service.

Ridiculous! I have called for 2 days straight to add a car to my policy and I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone! When I call safe way they tell me I have to call my agency! Agency refuses to answer! 10/10 don’t recommend!
